SES took over this new build 6 bedroom 3 storey project following breach of contract by the initial electrical contractor.

Following a full survey of the 10% completed electrical work, SES were able to assist the developer with finalising the electrical design, installation, certification.

SES were able to add additional value by meeting with the property owner to discuss their property control needs, putting together a fully personalized Lutron lighting control system, Lutron shading system for all rooms.

Finally installing an 8 panel Solar PV array to supply 2.4KWH of energy to the property.
