Working hand in hand with the main contractor and the building owner, SES were asked to supply a new electrical design for a commercial property extension in Surbiton. This included 3 phase distribution and then full electrical fit out for power, lighting, emergency lighting, networking and fire alarm.

Over the course of 6 months, both were very pleased with our approach, so we were asked to tender for the full electrical installation, which we gladly accepted.

The main concern for the building owner was that the existing lease holder (a working nursery) would not to be disturbed in any way. This was a challenge that the SES team took in their stride and delivered without a single outage on time and on budget.
