SES were instructed to provide the electrical fit out of a new restaurant chain in Camden

The challenges included not only the turnaround times, poor site access, a very busy site and tight financial constraints, but also 14 occupied flats above the restaurant.

Following the detailed design issued by others, SES completed the full upgrade of the main electrical distribution for the whole building, installing a new 600A MCCB panel and associated 3 phase distribution boards to support all flats, a full commercial kitchen, bar area, back of house, toilets and large restaurant seating area.

SES were also instructed to install a cloud-based CCTV and security system that could be monitored off site and an addressable fire alarm system.
