SES took on this project knowing it would be a logistical challenge. No parking for deliveries or waste collection and a fine dining restaurant in the basement trading 12 hours a day, every day.

But it was all worth it.

Following the complete rip out of all electrical wiring, then the installation of new 3 phase distribution system to allow the property owner to let each floor seperately. SES then specified and sourced all accessories, from the linear LED light fittings, and importing a large 6m long multi point pendant from Italy, to bespoke coloured metal skirting trunking with matching electrical accessories, installed around the perimeter of each open space office.

Finally, a new addressable fire alarm which also looked after the basement restaurant, emergency lights, air conditioning and new heating controls.
