A very special 5 bedroom 4 storey residential property that SES were involved in for 4 years end to end.

A unique construction method of exposed concrete walls, floors and ceilings, with floating floors and no direct connection from top to bottom or left to right.

SES were brought in by the architect to discuss the feasibility of the design and to engineer the intricate conduit system cast in the concrete to incorporate all wiring and later went on to be the electrical contractor, installing all power, lighting, networking, security and Av wiring.
